Key Verse: 1 Thessalonians 5:18 — “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
Gratitude is more than a polite “thank you”—it’s a posture that transforms our outlook. When we choose gratitude, our focus shifts from what’s missing to what God is doing. Stress shrinks, joy rises, and perspective clears.
3 Habits of a Thankful Heart:
Start a gratitude list. Write three blessings each morning, no matter how small.
Pray with thanks. Add “thank You” before each request.
Speak gratitude out loud. Encourage someone by telling them how they bless your life.
Gratitude doesn’t erase hardship, but it reframes it. The more we practice it, the more joy becomes our reflex.
Prayer: Father, remind me to count blessings, not burdens. Give me a heart that sees Your goodness in every season. Amen.
