Advent is more than candles and calendars—it’s a season of preparing room for Jesus. In a world that rushes, Advent slows us down to wonder at God’s gift.

Three Advent Practices:

1. Read Scripture daily. Follow the prophecies of Christ’s coming.

2. Light a candle each week. Let it remind you of hope, peace, joy, and love.

3. Simplify your schedule. Make space for what matters most—time with God and loved ones.

When we prepare our hearts, Christmas becomes more than presents. It becomes Presence.

Prayer: Lord, slow my heart to see You clearly this Advent. Help me prepare room for Your Son. Amen.
